Lao Gan Ma Cucumber

  • 2 Japanese cucumbers (or similar ones)
  • 2 cloves of garlic – minced
  • 5 spoons of soya sauce
  • 2 spoons of black vinegar
  • 2 heaped spoons of Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp
  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients
  2. Slice cucumbers into ~1/2 inch slices
  3. Let sit for 3 hours
